If I dont get a reponse by today I will contact the ombudsman

I have sending telkom emails. Calls for over a week with no answer. Emails that is being read and not responded to. They send me a bill of an amount that j am not aware of. Ive logged a complained. I went to the branch, they told me they can't get involved.....no calls back nothing.If telkom dont get back to me I will logg a complain with the ombudsman. I am tired of contacting for a query they canf sort out. All they care about is sales.
