So it's 10pm, I am trying to download an urgent attachment from an email, it's urgent and it has been downloading for the past 2 hours. A freaking 3mb image shouldn't take 3 hours. Telkom, your LTE service is honestly annoying, and this happens all the time, all you say is there is too much congestion on the tower I'm connected to. Well you've now lost a customer!!!!!!

I can't be getting 0.03mb downstream from a test all the time, yet LTE and 3G is widely available in my area, but you are very quick to suspend accounts when they're not paid, have you asked yourself why they're not paid???
