A phone contract was *****ulently upgraded on my behalf. It took them 3 months to cancel the contract and still charged me during those 3 months. I have not gotten any refund back! The call center is filled with thee most useless agents who just lie and never do anything! My other contract as now been locked due to non-payment of a "cancellation fee" that was never on my monthly bill!
