If even complaining does not help

<p>Terrible service from Telkom Potchefstroom. After several complaints in the store - and still no feedback I decided to take this further - perhaps now - someone from Telkom will phone me and assist me. I have been a happy customer up until now. Urgently looking for a new service provider - where I will actually be able to speak to someone. </p>
