We always have something to complain about but yesterday (Saturday 7 Dec 2019) I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from a young lady at the Telkom N1 city franchise store. Friendly, clued up, professional she is definitely an asset to the store. From start to finish she explained everything although it was only an upgrade she took the time to make sure I understand my options and what the new deal entails. Caitlin you made my day and saved me from driving around for stock of the device I wanted. With your work ethic I'm sure you will prosper in everything you do... Keep up the good work your customer service is top notch.
