Idiots

Had a great open line contract with them until they wanted to give me a better offer on a closed line. I specifically asked if it would affect my multisims as I have a multisim contract. The agent specifically said no. guess what, it did and now my sims are not working. Now I have spent over an hour trying to get them on the line... no success
