Idiots at Telkom

I have been having issues with my wifi from last week Thursday and up to this day we have not even received a call from telkom. I have to keep calling them. Plus do you know that they say it's a free call but they actually take all your money. So not only does my wifi that is paid for not working for days I had to buy R300 airtime just to call them. You have to sit like hours before they actually come back to you and tell you they cant help you. I mean *** are they sitting there for if they cant help me. I'm so ****ed off right now that I honestly feel like banging this router against a wall.
