Identity Theft - Defaulted

<p>So a year ago I was ****med & lost alot of money.... </p> <p>In July I received a call from Bham & Dahya Attorneys in Benoni, saying that I owe Telkom 8ta an amount of R49367.00???? After discovering that my Identity had been ****** as this was not me that made this debt they advised me to get an Affidavit from the Police to prove that my Identity had been ******... I live in Cape Town and had not even been to Gauteng in more than 12 years.. I did what they requested me to do & was told that they would sort this out...... Ja right??????????????</p> <p>I am really ****ed off now!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have discoved that they have defaulted me for an amount of R12106.00???????????????????? </p> <p>What now? I am on the war path now!! They have humiliated me & my credit record!!!! </p> <p> </p>
