IDENTITY THEFT AT TELKOM

I have never opened a Telkom account in my life. My ex-landlord (Tracy Morrison), who has been written about on this site many times, stole my identity and falsely opened a Telkom account in my name. I have an affidavit, a case number,, proof that she *******ly opened the account in my name. I have reported all of this to Telkom and have received no feedback! Now I have received a response that I have been given over to a debt collector. Why do you make it impossible for me to speak to someone directly on one of your lines? Why do you have physical stores if they cannot help me at all? Why do you allow you allow people to open accounts in other people's names??

I expect a response to this or I will contact the ombudsman. You have aided and bedded a ******** who is now in jail and will not assist me in cleaning up the mess you made.
