Identity theft

<p>About a year ago we had the terrible experience of finding out that someone had opened a Telkom cellular account on my name and that debit orders had been going off from my account without my consent. We followed it up at the store in Tyger Valley at the time, only to realize that the account had been opened with a false id book in Rustenberg area. </p> <p> </p> <p>We opened a case for identity theft at the police station and luckily we did not lose too much money as the banks could reverse some of the transactions. Recently we put in an offer on a house, only to find out that I had been blacklisted with Telkom, for a mistake that they had made. Telkom opens a contract on my name, illigally, without my consent, and then they blacklist me for their a loss.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hopefully someone can help me from Telkom, or else I can go the legal and ugly route, for this is very frustrating.</p>
