I'd go to the one next to game

The Telkom branch at the Eastgate mall close to the Checkers offered amazing service once upon a time. Now it's like you have to beg to consultants to assist you. You wait by the door looking a fool there's that 1 consultant that gives you a dirty look from their workstation (no one is by them they are just at their work station) and barely hiding the eye roll they look back down. When you finally device to walk on and ask a question they answer you so dismissively you wouldn't want to stay in there.

All because I wanted a simswap. I though maybe it was just a bad day we get those. I left came back a week later and still the same service.....

The consultants there need to do better
