ID book vs Drivers

Your policy stats I can only use a ID book to do a sim swop but you will not accept a drivers license... don’t know if you live in the same SA where ID cards take forever to be issued based on slow home affairs process... and your staff in Clear Water Mall branch needs serious training. The one staff member ripped the policy from under my hand while I’m still talking about the issue. One lady found out that I did not even need a sim swop... after all the rest including the manager herself told me this is what I needed to do.
