Hi,

Although I believed that we had an understanding on my ICASA case against TELKOM , I'm still waiting to know when am I going to be refunded pro rata money for bridge of service contract on Your part on the LTE account, as well as my deposit on my land line ********** 532. As arranged with Phumla from escalations. If I don't get any reply , I will open another ICASA and/or legal case.
