early this year Telkom Mobile were running a promotion that if you buy airtime they give you some data to use for whatsapp and social media site. it worked for two days then stopped but since i was under the impression i had this free data i actually used up my data. when i complained they told me i was using whatsapp on an android smart phone via \google"or what i call a browser. i said can they please investigate as what they were claiming is hogwash since android as a software does allow such. i eventually complained to ICASA who also couldn't get an answer within the stipulated 14days. i then called and a sup then took the matter up. i was offered R500 and my data but i said i will take it but firstly i need them to treat me like they would treat any white man and investigate what happed and stop treating me like i'm some uneducated imbecile"
