I would rather say goodbye

<p>Worst experience i have ever had in my life. The 20th of june i app**** for adsl and i was said that a technician would contact me the day they were to come and install it. the first time i was never contacted and they said there was nobody at home( obviously cause they never called) the 2nd time the same story and when i called the call centre they said that they cant call someone it is a whole day appointment and that i must make sure someone is at home the whole day. The 3rd day they eventually pitched up but then i was told that there is a problem with the line so they have to refer it to another devision to get fixed. Finally i recieved an sms on wednesday that they were going to come and complete the installation the 14th of July. it is now the 15th and guess what still nobody has been.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom please cancel my order as this is by far the worst customer service i have ever recieved.</p>
