I would rate their service, but that would imply that i received any form of service

<p>I have been trying since monday to get my contract upgraded at the Telkom Mobile branch in Tygervalley.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>After numorous promises made by the sales person, and shift manager, and multiple trips to the branch i have still not been able to upgrade my contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have emailed the branch manager with my complaint but still have not received any response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Telkom for getting my hopes up and wasting my time.</p>
