i would not recommend telkom to anyone

i registered for a new VDSL package on the 1st and i was told on Wednesday there will be a technician that will install my requested package and no one arrived so i called and i was told they will be here on Thursday so i took off from work and same story happened so i called again and to my surprise, someone will be here Friday same thing near 4 the afternoon i received a call from a technician we will only make it on Monday... so here is today and guess what ... i called telkom to find out where is the technician oh they will be here on Tuesday so now i am forced to take off another day and lose 5 days of salary thanks to this amazing service...

this is the worst service that you can ever give to clients really...

never get anything from telkom!!!
