I would never recommend telkom to anyone as they promise everything but cant deliver the service, i am so disgusted with them & hope they loose all their customers

Telkom staff are *********** & useless as they have no idea what they doing, a simple thing like migrating from adsl to lte the lady that took my order didnt complete the order so i have no internet for a month, i mean how stupid can they be. When i call to query the only thing they ever do is say we escalating your query which never gets done.
