I wont give up

never seen a company as myopic as this, I have been battling to get a statement fixed so that I can pay the bill but no, for months they kept debiting the incorrect amount and I would reverse it (matter of principle) and now they suspended my line. I am still not going to pay a cent until the statement is sorted, as I have been saying, now you go and hand me over for a simple thing that could have been rectified internally and we wonder why companies like yourselves are in a financial mess, where is leadership and common sense in the whole thing?
