I wont buy telkom products ever again

After a year of paying up my telkom account, i received a call from debt collections company saying i owe telkom for my contract. After 1 year and telkom has not once made contact with me, wow there's actually no service at all. i have currently tried contacting them again i shouldn't be surprised every contact given on the website doesn't work.
