I wish I could say bad service, but there is NO service. USELESS

<p>I asked to have my line AND no moved from one address to another, they cut the one line, but thats it they never came to install the new line. now no-one can get hold of me. they also have the worst possible complaints department in the world because no matter who you get through to they will tell you its the wrong department and they will transfer you, and then cut you off. then it takes another 15 mins to try and get through to someone that can actually speak,....... just to get cut of again. they are beyond useless</p> <p> </p>
