I will not recomend Telkom to anyone after the service I have received

I app**** for 2 iphone at Telkom Mega City on the 20th August by a consultant Thulo, he advise me application was approved and I have to have to wait for my order since they don't keep stock. Waited till today no phone after several phone calls checking how far is my order. Now today I received a phone call from escalations dept consultant tells me that my order was cancelled as there no stock at Mega city branch. My question is? What must I do now coz I need this 2 phones? What is the solution? No she saying nothing I can do there is no stock. I ask to speak to her superior and his name Malibongwe, comes back tells me he is busy I must send an email. So what exactly is going on at Telkom busy advertising but don't deliver, the level of service is below average.
