I WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR NO SERVICE!!!!!!!

This is the second time im down in 3 weeks. Telkom agents drag out the "fault find" call with me only to log it and told that Openserve will resolve. I see the rot starting to appear Telkom and Openserve. I have been off whole day with not a care in the world. The writing is on the wall. Arrange the necessary refunds for the days off. FYI - I DO NOT HAVE DEBIT ORDER WITH YOU FOR A REASON, I WILL PAY YOU FOR THE DAYS I RECEIVED SERVICE!
