I will never support Telkom again after the worst service ever

2 month old Samsung stopped working. I phoned telkom. The assistant kept me on the phone for an hour. She said she would sent a courier to collect it for them to check it. Courier it collected it on Monday and delivered the same broken phone back to me 2 days later. I phoned Telkom to complain about such awful service. They cant help me or resolve the problem. Told me to go speak to someone in store. I will never support Telkom again. Please remove my contact details from your telesales people who keep phoning me to take out another contract. I will never take out another contract with Telkom
