I will never sign telkom contract

Tried getting telkom contract but it was taking too long I went with rain I never received a router because I canceled and now I got welcoming they have tried to debit my account twice even though I never gave them my banking details and they have also handed me to the collectors I'm now having to pay for failed and reversed debits Please don't call me or reply to the complain I have spoken to you and clearly it is not working just do the right thing
