I will never recommend Telkom to anyone.. can’t wait for my contract to end NXA

Just called Telkom transferred to a manager ref ***2 .. I have a contract for iPhone finished paying for it .. was given 10gig and took unlimited not knowing about the 10gig got changed for both called to cancel unlimited and it never happened and I keep calling and calling and Telkom keeps collecting on both asking for my refund.. Lucky Nduze useless customer service says they have my call and it’s been given to back office person without name and no timeline of feedback.. all I am asking if Telkom refund me and cancel unlimited PLEASE I wish I can cancel everything…
