I will never associate my self or refer Telkom to anyone as Telkom in my opinion has the worst customer service in the industry

I have recently had a shocking experience with Telkom as they assume because they are Corporate giants they can treat the common person as they will and get away from with it. After much battle with Telekom i paid their bill in full and recently Telkom listed me on ITC. I sent out numerous emails as correspondence but only received excuses. Is there anyone out there who can assist me please?
