I will cancel my contract with Telkom

Telkom is a disgrace...we have had no internet since 01 jan 2021 and still no sign of any such technician..been told the matter has been escalated but still nada..all my airtime has been used up so cant even call them again..I expect if internet goes off that a technition shows up not a week or more later that is unacceptable
