The lady who assisted me terminated the contract there and there. Two months instalments were deducted at the next debit order date and the early termination penalty fee of just less than R400 was charged. R2300 was deducted from my account at once. You can imagine the kind of inconvenience this caused me and my family in the current economic climate. This happened at the Wonderpark Mall Telkom shop. I have never seen such incompetence and inconsideration.
