I went to a telkom branch at protea Glen mall on the 24th of April to close an LTE data contract and was helped by Mph Radebe to close the account and she pretended to close it and promised that she has closed it but it was not closed and was only closed

I went to a telkom branch at protea Glen mall on the 24th of April to close an LTE data contract and was helped by Mph Radebe to close the account and she pretended to close it and promised that she has closed it but it was not closed and was only closed on the 15th of may after I went to the same branch for the second time. All this negligence resulted in me being billed for this account in may which I wouldn't have if she closed it on the 24th of April
