I walked into a busy Telkom store, confused by the chaos I asked other customers what queue I was meant to join and one of them pointed me to one of the employees, and said I should ask her. I walked over to her while she spoke to another customer, I thought I would tap her on the shoulder and ask her where I was meant to go if I wanted to apply for a cellphone contract.
