I was sold 2 contract phones for R350 last year September by a Telkom consultant, after receiving the phones I got a call saying that they made a mistake I should pay R800 a month for both phones, I disputed the matter but they still debited my account with exorbitant amount of money, they kept debiting my account until I wrote them an email in December and they did not respond, I kept on calling them and telling them what happened and they should reverse my money, last month they reversed about a thousand and something and they said my dispute has been resolved, I called them and they told me that I won the dispute and has been resolved and this morning to my surprise they debited about R2300 from my account instead of R399 that we agreed upon. Please assist me in resolving this matter 😢
