I was not told about a R400 migration fee!

<p>I just experienced ta ********** issue with Telkom. I was called for a contract upgrade and assured that my bill would only be R299 per month and I was not told about a migration fee! To my horror I was invoiced a R750 bill which is made up of a R400 migration fee, which I NEVER AGREED TO and a R250 monthly bill which was never even the agreed subscription. The agreed upon subscription was R299. I'm very upset about this because I was not told this at all! Such levels of dishonestly really upset me because I was reassured plenty of times that my bill would only be R299!</p>
