I WAS **** TO BY TELKOM

I took out a phone contract with who I thought was Telkom by calling 10213 for Samsung A6+, I took this phone because the phone that I app**** for and was approved for was no longer in stock. I as told that this phone is dual-sim, when I got the phone I repeatedly called Telkom to complain that the phone they sold me is actually not dual-sim. I got a reference number and a phone call eventually after a year of fighting to say that SOMEONE at least will be attending to my problem. If anybody is reading this (consumers), heed my warning...STAY FAR AWAY FROM TELKOM, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
