I was harrassed by one of your technicians!!

I had a most unpleasant experience with a Telkom technician who came out to fix my line. The technician made me extremely uncomfortable in my home. He began to hit on me and asked me personal questions including if I lived alone and where my husband was. I requested that he leave the premises. He subsequently began to stalk me on my cell phone and I had to have his number blocked. I do not see myself requesting a technician to come to my house anymore based on this harassment from one of your employees. Is this what women in South Africa should expect from Telkom? I will be taking further action. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.!
