I was charged 300% for this month! Refund me today

My contract agreement is for R699.00 a month. You charged me R2,199.00.<br> <br> I did not sign any migration or anything additional, please ensure I get the remainder of my money processed back as a refund today! Since I did not agree nor sign anything about the additional charge of R1,500.00<br> <br> This goes against the Consumer Protection Act, and an ******** act of transaction.<br> <br>
