I was a client of them and 2 years plus their lines were ****** my my area of living

I was a client of them and 2 years plus their lines were ****** my my area of living. I phoned them and they promised me to install wireless system at my home. Till today they never done it,but I receives monthly accounts from them. I phone them and email with no success.
