I want to terminate the contract with them and I can’t pay that kind of money

I have a contract with Telkom I’ve been paying I need missed but August they said I owe them money R1045. When I called them they are saying it’s their system and I’m not the only one and I made some subscriptions, mind you I took router and SIM card.

Now they want me to pay that amount I can’t even take anything on my name because of them my credit score it’s not good because of that.

I’ve got emails and sms from them saying I’m must pay. How do I fix this please help
