<p>Telkom, you could be making SO MUCH MORE MONEY if your processes are not so outdated and you make it EASIER FOR CUSTOMERS TO SIGN UP!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am an exisiting customer who want to upgrade, but your shops can't help me. I have to phone a number. The number they gave me is 081180, which turns out to be incorrect becauase the people at that number gave me 10213 to call.</p> <p> </p> <p>But I cannot hang on for someone to answer because a CELLPHONE CALL OF 25 MINUTES IS VER EXPENSIVE.</p> <p> </p> <p>You REALLY need to catch a wake-up!!!!!!</p>
