I want this issue resolved NOW!!

I am so disgusted with Telkom😡😡😡😡For starters they taking my airtime everyday I recharge and they always take R1.50 p/ day for what!!!I dnt know secondly When I call their customer service they cant put me through to a consultant but rather redirect me to their useless App and WhatsApp😡😡😡I am so angry and rhis has been going on for over a week I WANT MY AIRTIME BACK…I also checked on the self service menu if there are any active or pending subscriptions and I don’t have any…I WANT THIS ISSUE RESOLVED NOW or else I am taking my business to other competitive service provides because clearly Telkom dont know what they doing and its so annoying😡😡😡😡
