I want the content unsubscribed to immediately!

I was trying to download a movie and the next minute I get notifications that I subscribed to 3 content portals which I never did it was struggling to open the page I wanted to download my movie from and I have been trying to get it un subscribed however your ussd codes don't work I can't access the web page to have it u subscribed nor can I call your call Centre to speak to an agent I'm not happy about this nor am I going to pay for the content amounts charged I never opted in and I want the charged reversed immediately
