i want telkom to stop harrasing me

Telkom debited money from my account i reversed the money and i enquired about it. According to them i took an iphone i dont even have any sort of contract with telkom i never even set foot at telkom and i was told to go write an affidavit of which i did and i submitted at kolonade mall and they gave me a case number the next thing i knw after a month they debit again because apparently i didnt submit the affidavit. I resubmitted the affidavit the 2nd time stating the prrvious case number telkom gave me.i mean for the fact that i have a case number from the start it means ive submitted the document. And now they listed me with the credit bereau. I went back and enquired about it at wonderpark and paulina helped me saying that i did not submit the affidavit. I mean really how many affidavits must i submit to telkom. Can telkom look into this matter,attend to it and stop harrasing me i did not take the phone!
