I want settlement letter ***** circus and ********!!!

I last wrote a review on the 10th September. Till today Telkom has not even given me call but I guess they used to bad reviews and ******** people and oh running a ***** circus. I paid the “**** contract” created under my name for the sake of progress as I was in the middle of applying for something that will change my life but Telkom blocked me. I am now struggling to get a simple settlement letter/cancellation letter and feedback on the ***** case they “apparently opened” . Im so tired of running behind Telkom and calling their call center that knows nothing and never has answers. Worse their Mall of the South Branch, I didn’t expect any less. What must I do to get a simple letter?????? It’s time EFF shuts Telkom down!!!! When I log on their website it states I have no account with them . Stay away from Telkom.
