I want refund for my mom. Telekom ****mers

Im very angry at Telekom. My mother who is a pensioner took a WIFI contract with them and gave them the debit order date but they never debit. The installment is R335, then they do not debit on the 25 which is the date she gave them then they debit on the 27 and charge her a rejection fee of R202.70. Almost double the amount she pay. They did the same thing now in December behaving like ****mers. Mxm they went and debit her on the 19 saying the 25 was a holiday, they didn’t even ask her to debit on the 19. Then they want to penalize her for not having money in her account
