I WANT MY ROUTER ORDER

I ordered a telkom October deal (40G day and 40G night) on the 31st October 2020 and on the 5th November I received a call confirming the deal and they guy that helped me said It will be delivered during the course of these week. On Monday the 9th November I received a sms that says my order was handed over to courier and they will deliver the same day but until today I haven't received my order nor a call from telkom to update me on whats happening. I want to find out what's happening with my order and when I will receive it.can I please get feedback via my email because am at work and I can't answer phone calls.
