I WANT MY REFUND!!!

I have had the most unpleasant experience with both TRUDON and Telkom. I signed up a contract with TRUDON about 6 months ago for R280. I was promised great things and although was extremely hesitant working with a third party I signed up on the basis that it would have been a good business decision to be included in the yellow pages. 3 months ago however my Telkom bill hiked from R800 a month inclusive of everything to R3700. When I enquired this three months ago I was told it was an error as the subscriptions of the old owner of my Telkom number were added to my account. I logged a query expecting a refund and resolution and nothing happened. The next month I was billed another R2300 which I was obligated to pay as I run a small business and could not afford to not have my telephone line. Again a refund was promised and nothing happened. The lady from TRUDON constantly says that she is awaiting feedback from her head office but I get no feedback afterwards.

We are now going into the third billing cycle and again I will be billed thousands of Rand of subscriptions from TRUDON and Telkom which I never signed up for and would be obligated to pay this bill because I require my telephone services.

TRUDON you are a bunch of pathetic *******. I demand my refund for the last two months and I want those subscriptions extracted from my Telkom account ASAP.

I refuse to pay another bill for nonsense I didn’t subscribe to and be waiting two months for monies u’ll owe me . This is unprofessional and it is theft on all levels.

I expect someone to call me and resolve this as it is completely unacceptable for me to be waiting 8 weeks for feedback from your head office.

Absolutely disgusted with you’ll and trudon. TRUDON ********ly added these things to my account and Telkom bills me monthly expecting payment.

I WANT ALL TRUDON SUBSCRIPTIONS UNLINKED FROM MY TELKOM ACCOUNT BEFORE THE NEXT BILL RUN AND I WANT MY REFUND FROM THE LAST TEO MONTHS ASAP.

THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE ON ALL LEVELS!
