I want my phone back.

<p>I bought a Sony M5 last year at a telkom store in springs. A couple of months later it started giving me problems. It would randomly reboot itself and delete things from the phone. I took it in for repairs and they fixed it under warranty. Months later the phone started doing the same thing and I took it back to the store. Weeks after, they call me and tell me that my phone is our of warranty and they want R3500 to fix it. I refused to pay that amount because it's the same problem that they said they fixed. Now they telling me to pay R188 before I can get my phone back(not fixed). It's been a month now and I still don't have my phone yet money is being debited from my account to pay the contract. </p>
