I WANT MY PHONE

I bought a Telkom Mobile beginning of this Month, I called in and they assisted me telephonic ally. They advised they had No stock and that could cause delays which i understood the first week. The second week Monday i called they told me the stock was received and a phone is reserved for me and will be sent to their ware house were the courier will come and collect it and they will even send me an sms with my courier number etc. Seeing there was no communication I called again on Thursday a Lady assist me again and she told me they still have no stock and it will only be received on Friday which i didn't understand after what i was told on Monday. I was advised to wait a little longer for my feedback. On Friday i called again since nothing has been sent nor calls from the courier. i was then advised again my phone is in the ware house and i should receive it after 3 - 5 working days. I call again a gentlemen told me a different story that they still don't have stock which got me worried as money has been pulled from my account showing it has been approved. I am not even getting any sms, calls nor email stating the status of my phone. I called again Monday they told me my phone is with the courier, i call the courier they tell me they don't have any order in my name from Telkom. I don't have a phone i bought a phone cause i need it especially at work and i am failing to understand why am i not receiving any communication. I WANT MY PHONE. Please assist me and a way forward,
