I want my number back I have been using it for 21 years and I want a telkom manager to call me.

I ported my Vodacom number to Telkom in 2018 as they had a nice contract. The contract ended June 2022 they didn't want to cancel as I was owing and I didn't understand why I must pay for services that I am not using so very month they billed me. Now my number for 21 years has been recycled back to Vodacom and someone bought it as a prepaid. I have been calling the customer service number and no one can assist me and always when I request a manager, there's no manager on duty.
