I want my money back into my account!!!

I sent R1000 airtime to my husband's phone, called Telkom to reverse back the money the consultant name who attending the call was Tshephisho Surprise Makotse, she asked me to send my bank statement I did and she said she will transfer the call to their credit department to transfer back the money, this call was logged the 3 Jan 2019, no one called and gave me a feedback, called money the airtime was taken out of hubby's, whenever I call Telkom none of the consultant are willing to help me including their team leader all they say is resend the document and the will call me back, consults I have been speaking to are more 17 no help from none of them, have managed to take note of few of them: Thato Sisimg, Thando Dlamini, Eugina, Nozethu Qonane (never bothered to talk to me). All I want is my money back into my account, it's been 3 weeks since they took the money. Poor service I had and they will keep me on hold for more than 1 hour with no assistant
